Does this count the start and end date?
By default it counts the days between the two dates, so the end date is not included - a date to the next day is 1 day. Turn on include end date to count both endpoints, which makes Monday to Friday 5 days instead of 4.
How many days are between two dates that are the same?
Zero, by default, because no time has elapsed. If you turn on include end date, the same date counts as 1 day, since the span touches one calendar day.
Does it handle leap years correctly?
Yes. The count is done on UTC calendar days, so February 29 in a leap year is counted like any other day and the total is always exact, with no off-by-one from daylight-saving changes.
What if my end date is before my start date?
